SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Vionami. Below you'll find all the
information you need about how we ship our luxury candles to your door.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days
of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding
federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin
processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5
business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4-8
business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our
control, including weather, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping
periods such as holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping on all orders
within the United States. From time to time, we may offer promotional
free shipping or other shipping discounts — these will be clearly
displayed at checkout when applicable.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, Vionami ships only within the United States, including
all 50 states and U.S. territories. We are not currently able to ship
internationally, but we hope to expand our shipping coverage in the
future. To be the first to know when international shipping becomes
available, please join our email list.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Vionami orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier used for your
specific order may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order
ships. You can use this number to follow your package's journey from
our facility to your doorstep through the carrier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging every Vionami candle to ensure it
arrives flawless. However, in the rare event that your order arrives
damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the
expected delivery date at vionamiofficial@gmail.com. Include your
order number and, if possible, photos of any damaged packaging or
products. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means
a replacement or a full refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your
order. Vionami is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect
addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an
error, please contact us at vionamiofficial@gmail.com immediately —
we will do our best to update the address before the order ships,
but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
